Phoebe House Inc is a large-scale charity established in 1992. In 2020, we provided an intensive alcohol and other drug rehabilitation treatment program for women experiencing ongoing drug use issues, with co-morbid trauma, mental health and socioeconomic concerns, and who also have full-time or part-time care of their children under 5. In addition our women learn to develop their parenting capacity among other living skills.
