National Children's And Youth Law Centre

National Children's And Youth Law Centre is a medium-scale charity established in 1993. Their main activity is registered as children's rights primarily serving early childhood - aged under 6 children - aged 6 to under 15 youth - 15 to under 25 families aboriginal and torres strait islander people gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or intersex persons financially disadvantaged people people at risk of homelessness/ people experiencing homelessness people with disabilities unemployed persons victims of crime (including family violence) victims of disaster.

We provided high quality, free and confidential legal assistance services to children, young people and their advocates. Youth Law Australias motto is: All young people. Any problem. Anywhere. Youth Law Australia aims to enhance children and young peoples access to and engagement with: their legal rights; assistance to exercise their rights; and to remedies when their rights are alleged to have been violated. Youth Law Australias objective is to fulfill these aims by providing appropriate and targeted legal information, advice, education, representation and systemic advocacy. We have also undertaken legal research activities in the period.
