Five Bridges Ltd

Five Bridges Ltd is a large-scale charity established in 2013. Their main activity is registered as social services primarily serving aboriginal and torres strait islander people.

Five Bridges provide a range of culturally sound activities and initiatives that build capacity, supporting the social norms and behaviors that constitute a positive, proud and responsible Indigenous community. We provide cultural and emotional support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are engaged in the judicial system utilising our Elders and our programs. We support people to reengage with family and community in a culturally appropriate way (kinship) and assist in the development of life skills and the readjustment into community life. Clients and homeless people are also provided meals, clothing and other needs through our services.
