Also known as “Elder Rights Advocacy”, “Residential Care Rights T/A Elder Rights Advocacy” and “ERA”, Residential Care Rights Inc is a large-scale charity established in 2002. Their main activity is registered as elder abuse primarily serving adults - aged 65 and over.

We provide aged care information, individual advocacy services to older people living in Victoria and their families and representatives, including elder abuse prevention and response, an aged care navigation service, an aged care Community Visitors Scheme service including volunteers doing friendly service to socially isolated older people, and community education about aged care issues including aged care rights.
