MRC Foundation

MRC Foundation is a medium-scale charity established in 2014. Their main activity is registered as community recreation primarily serving females males others - men and women looking to step into the industry and pursue a career in track riding or jockeying.

We helped raise over $220,000 for our 13 charity partners at our annual Foundation Race Day with profits raised going to many worthy causes such as homelessness, kids in care, people fighting cancer among many other worthy causes. The Stable Wellbeing program continued to support vulnerable stable staff at our Caulfield and Mornington training venues through the pandemic. Due to COVID 19, one of our staff members was made redundant. Another full time staff member resigned and was not replaced.
