The Trustee For Stillbirth Foundation Australia Trust
The Trustee For Stillbirth Foundation Australia Trust is a medium-scale charity established in 2008. Their main activity is registered as civic and advocacy activities primarily serving general community in australia.
Stillbirth Foundation Australia recognises that stillbirth has enormous psychosocial and economic impacts; that there has been virtually no reduction in rates of stillbirth for over 20 years; that large equity gaps exist; and that families whose child are stillborn often receive suboptimal care. Stillbirth Foundation Australia is the only Australian charity 100% dedicated to stillbirth research, education and advocacy. The Foundation is recognised nationally as a leading voice on stillbirth and represents the voices of thousands of Australian families who have been touched by stillbirth. We recognise that we maximise the strength of the voice of the stillbirth community when we work productively in collaboration. Stillbirth Foundation Australia is the philanthropic partner of the Centre of Research Excellence in Stillbirth and is the first Australian charity dedicated to stillbirth research, education and advocacy. Our vision is that no Australian family experiences the tragedy of a stillborn baby. Our mission is to significantly reduce the incidence and impact of stillbirth through research, education and advocacy.
