Forever Empowerment Ltd

Also known as “Forever Projects”, Forever Empowerment Ltd is a small-scale charity established in 2016. Their main activity is registered as international activities primarily serving overseas communities or charities.

Our project with Global Development Group works closely with 125 families annually who are at risk of being unable to care for a child or children. Over a 12-month period, these families are provided much needed support in the form of materials such as formula milk and adequate housing as well as education in hygiene, caregiving and business training. The goal is at the completion of 12 months, families will be equipped with their own business and able to care for their families independently. Our project has 5 key pillars:1. Nutrition - We start with the most immediate need, by providing lifesaving formula milk to the severely malnourished baby who has not received the nutrition they need, most commonly due to the death of the mother during childbirth or the mother not being able to lactate. 2. Crisis Support - We provide families with emergency items which immediately increases their quality of life. These are mosquito nets, mattresses, blankets, clothes and cooking equipment.3. Training - We provide weekly education and training in hygiene, child development, HIV/AIDS and malaria prevention, primary health care.4. Empowerment - We work with families to help them set up a business in their community. With ongoing income, the family can provide for themselves.5. Independence - Working closely with families makes it possible for them to look after their own children into the future. We give families a hand up so they can be free from poverty.
