We provided support to NDIS participants supporting them to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives our services include but not limited to Lifestyle Centre Activities, Supported Independent Living, Respite, Allied Health, Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Support, Community Participation, Drop-In Support, Early Childhood, Supported Employment Transition to Work, Family and Caregiver Support, Health and Well-Being Support Centres, iCare Mobility, Individual Support, Recreation Support, Vacation Care, Youth Support Network, Improved Relationships, Therapeutic Support, Person Centre Therapeutic Support Plan (PTSP). We create, implement the developed plans and use the strategic tools to guide implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Measuring the outcome of every service user according to their set goals.
