The River Nile Learning Centre Inc.

The River Nile Learning Centre Inc. is a small-scale charity established in 2016. Their main activity is registered as other education primarily serving migrants, refugees or asylum seekers.

We empower young refugee, asylum seeker and new migrant women to acquire the language, life and work skills to integrate and thrive in our community. We specialise in English as an Additional Language (EAL) teaching and learning, and work through a trauma-informed model. We provide significant additional supports to remove barriers to our students engaging in their learning such as free childcare and public transport cards. All programs, services, resources and supports are provided completely free to our students, as they are among the most disadvantaged in our community.
